Six steps. No mystery. No surprises.
Six stages, and you will always know which one you are in. Most people build a house once in their lives, so nothing here assumes you have done it before.
First Conversation
Twenty minutes on what you want, what you have, and roughly what it costs to build it around here. No drawings, no pressure, and no charge. Most people leave this call knowing whether they are actually ready.
Your Lot, Checked
Before anything is drawn, we look at the land. Elevation, soil, setbacks, trees, what the utilities will cost to bring in. If you do not have a lot yet, this is where we help you avoid buying a difficult one.
Design
Plans drawn around how you actually live, with our designer or your architect. You see the elevations and walk the floor plan before a single number is committed.
One Fixed Price
A full line-item price with every allowance named. This is where most of the questions get asked and answered, and it is deliberately slow, because a price you understand is one that holds.
Choosing Finishes
Cabinets, tile, fixtures and colors, scheduled in the order the build needs them so nothing holds up the site. You get a deadline for each one rather than one enormous decision.
Build and Handover
Photo updates as it goes and walkthroughs at the milestones that matter. At the end, a room-by-room orientation, a punch list finished before you move in, and a warranty with a phone number attached.
