Kestrelwood Custom Homes was built on a simple idea: the person whose name is on the sign should be the person on your job site. For 15+ years we've designed and built custom homes across the Grand Strand - 120+ of them - for families who wanted more than a floor plan with their name typed on it.
We're local. We know which way the storms come from, what salt air does to cheap materials, and which inspectors want what. That knowledge is built into every home we deliver - and it's why our homeowners still call us years later, and why we still answer.
