Web design and AI for Grand Strand businesses.

From $99 a month, nothing down.

I build the site, run it, and set you up with the AI tools that fit how you work. Hosting, security, your Google listing and every small change you ask for are all in the monthly price. No build fee, and nothing to pay until it is live.

No upfront build fee. Thirty days notice to cancel. Your domain and your content stay yours.

Most small businesses do not want a website. They want to stop thinking about their website.

What the monthly price covers

Everything, including the part nobody else keeps doing

The usual deal is that you pay a few thousand dollars, get a website, and then it slowly goes out of date because changing it is somebody’s job and that somebody is you. This is the other arrangement.

The build

Design, writing help, and the whole site put together. You send me photos and the details about your business; I do the rest.

Hosting and security

Fast hosting, the padlock in the address bar, and the updates that keep it from breaking. Nothing for you to renew or remember.

Your Google listing

Google Business Profile and Search Console set up properly. For a local business that listing does more work than the website some months.

Works on a phone

Most people will find you on a phone, standing in a parking lot, deciding where to go. It is built for that first and a desktop second.

Easy for everyone to use

Real text instead of pictures of text, sensible headings, labeled forms, and colors you can read in the sun. It works with a keyboard and with a screen reader.

Small changes, forever

New hours, price changes, fresh photos, reworded text, all handled by me and already in your monthly. Anything bigger, like a new page, gets a flat price first.

Why this is different

The same money, spent a completely different way

Paying a designer up front

  • $2,000 to $5,000 before anything exists
  • Built once, then it is finished forever
  • Every change is a new invoice, if they answer
  • Hosting, renewals and the SSL certificate become yours to remember
  • Three years later it looks three years old

Paying me monthly

  • $0 to start, from $99 a month after it launches
  • Changes included, and you email me directly
  • Hosting, security and renewals are my problem
  • Your Google listing kept accurate, not just set once
  • Cancel with thirty days notice and take your site with you

This is for business owners who would rather be running their business than building and looking after a website. That part is mine to handle, and I keep it off your plate so it never turns into one more thing on your list.

AI, actually useful

The new tools, put to work for a business like yours

Everyone is talking about AI. Almost nobody is showing a plumber or a salon what to actually do with it. That part is mine. I set you up with AI tools matched to your business, the ones that save real time, not the hype.

Matched to your business

The tools worth using are different for a law office and a food truck. I work out the handful that actually save you time, get them set up, and leave the rest of the hype at the door.

Custom tooling when you need it

If nothing off the shelf fits, I can build something around your exact work: quoting, scheduling, the repetitive job you keep doing by hand. AI shaped to how your business actually runs, not the other way around.

Set up to use it yourself

I get it working and show you how, in plain terms with none of the buzzwords. You keep the parts that save you an hour and drop the parts that waste one. It is your tool, not a black box.

How it goes

Four steps, and you only have work in one of them

  1. We talk for twenty minutes

What you do, who your customers are, what is annoying you about how things are now. No slide deck. I will tell you on that call whether I think I can help.

  2. You send photos and details

Hours, services, prices, the photos you have. This is the part that decides how fast we go, so the sooner it lands the sooner you see something.

  3. You look at it before it is real

I build it and send you a private link. You open it on your phone, tell me what is wrong, and I fix it. Nothing goes live until you say so.

  4. It goes live and I keep it

Domain, hosting, Google listing, updates. From then on you email me when something changes and it is handled.

The work

Sites you can open right now

These are live demo sites, not pictures of sites. Open one on your phone and see how fast it loads and how quickly you find the phone number.

The menu is the whole site. It loads instantly on a phone, the prices are text you can change in a minute, and the hours are the first thing anyone sees.

The Handypost Home Services demo home page, showing a handyman site with a call button.

Trades and home services

Handypost Home Services

Built around one job: get the phone to ring. Tap-to-call in the corner on every screen, a service-area page for the towns you cover, and a quote form that is three fields long.

The Veraline Salon and Spa demo home page, showing services and a booking link.

Salon and spa

Veraline Salon & Spa

Service list with prices, a gallery that does not take ten seconds to load, and a booking link that goes straight to whatever system you already use.

Pricing

Four prices, and you will hear yours before you sign.

$99 covers most single-location businesses. $199 when there is a menu, a schedule or a lot of pages. $349 for bigger operations and more than one location. Genuinely unusual work is quoted. Whichever one you land on, that monthly price runs the whole website, and there is no separate build fee.

  • Nothing to pay until the site is live
  • $0 build fee on a twelve month term
  • Pay for a year and get a month free
  • Thirty days notice to cancel, both directions

Where I work

Up and down the Grand Strand

I am in Conway and I drive to see people. Every town below has its own page, because a restaurant on the MarshWalk and a contractor in Conway do not need the same website.

The Grand Strand is home base, not a boundary. I build and run sites for businesses anywhere in the country, and plenty of my work already happens over email. Being local just means I can also come shake your hand.

Tell me what you do and I will tell you if I can help.

Twenty minutes, no slide deck, and a straight answer at the end of it. If a website is not your actual problem right now I will say that too.
